I don’t know how to measure
We appreciate that measuring someone can be a daunting experience, and so for first-time buyers, and those existing customers who have changed shape since their last purchase, we invite you to book a Zoom measuring call. The call should last about 20 minutes, and Martin Pryke will oversee the entire measuring experience with you. This will give you peace of mind that the measurements will be accurate, and will result in a perfectly fitting garment.
Can I see some sample fabrics?
Yes. If you have chosen your fabric and would like to see it pre-order, please email us with your choice, and we will send you a free sample.
Can I request any changes to the style details on my jacket/gilet?
The short answer is ‘yes’. However, we would charge you a small amount to do so. Please email us with the details you would like to change (for example a centre vent, or 3 buttons on the front), and we will provide you with a quotation. You will be invoiced for any changes once you have purchased your jacket/gilet.
When are you open?
Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm. However, we will be monitoring emails and telephone calls and will do our best to respond to your enquiries outside these hours.
When will I receive my jacket/gilet?
You will receive your finished bespoke garment within a month of submitting your order. It’s difficult to be more precise with a delivery date due to the fact that these garments are made from scratch, and are not stock items. Currently, we are also battling Covid issues, and sometimes we do encounter unforeseen delays because of this, but of course, we will always keep you up to date if any such issues arise.
Can I return my gilet/jacket?
The bespoke element of the product means that each garment is unique to you in terms of sizing, cloth, and trim details. If, however for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do contact us, and we will be very happy to help you.
When do I pay?
In full, on the placement of your order.
Please use the online portal to pay for your purchase – Direct bank transfer or via a card. We use Stripe & Paypal which accept all major credit and debit cards.
Garment care
These garments are dry clean only.
Delivery
For deliveries within the UK we use Royal Mail’s ‘First Class signed for’ service. This is a free and reliable postage option for our UK customers which can be tracked.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us via email and we will give you a bespoke delivery quotation. Delivery charges will apply.
